I own businesses like you.  I have spent thousands of dollars on advertising,  and I wasn't seeing the return on my investment.  I decided there had to be a better way of training our people how to create a relationship.  I contacted a long time friend and expert sales person and manager, Kevin Buckner, and we started the process of training our people how to convert leads into sales.

We spent over three years of study and trial and error before coming up with the STEEP process. We then placed it in the work place where it really matters.  We were pleased and amazed how the people being trained took to it.  We shared the program with friends all over the country, and they loved it.

We keep improving the training every month, and every month we see a little more return.
